Entrepreneurship is a path best walked together
We’ve built businesses
We’ve built businesses across countries, navigated contracts, money, growth, and change, and shaped lives around the work we love.
What we share comes from experience, clarity, and years of learning what actually supports long-term freedom.
Building a business asks a lot of you.
Decision-making, responsibility, money, visibility, pace.
Over time, the questions deepen:
These questions shape every entrepreneurial journey. Having the right conversations at the right time changes everything.
That’s the space we’re opening.

The Mastermind is for entrepreneurs who want space, structure, and experienced guidance while they build.
Over twelve weeks, we move slowly and thoroughly through all twelve topics. Each theme is explored in depth, with room to ask questions, apply what you’re learning to your own business, and receive direct feedback from both of us.
This is where the conversations become personal and practical.
You’ll receive:
We share what we’ve learned through building, scaling, stepping away, and rebuilding — including what worked, what didn’t, and what we would do differently now.
The group is intentionally small, allowing for:
This is not about pushing harder or moving faster. It’s about building in a way that is informed, sustainable, and aligned with your life.
This workshop is for entrepreneurs, freelancers, founders, and independent professionals who are building something real and want it to last. You may be early in your journey or already running an established business. What matters is that you’re asking deeper questions about structure, money, direction, sustainability, and how your business fits into your life.
I’ve lived in Chiang Mai, Thailand for nine years, where I ran a million-dollar retreat centre together with my husband.
During that time, we moved through every topic we’re sharing here — legal structures, partnerships, money growth, burnout, expansion, and reinvention.
Eventually, we chose to step away from a highly successful business to create work that reflected our deeper values. I now work with entrepreneurs and women in leadership through somatic healing, nervous system regulation, and initiation-based work, supporting both business and lifestyle coherence.
My work is grounded, experiential, and built on lived reality — what supports freedom, sustainability, and truth over time.
I love building businesses. There’s something about the energy of creation, the challenge of making something sustainable from nothing, that keeps pulling me forward.
Over the years, I’ve built an agency in France with a team of 10, launched e-commerce in Australia, managed multiple Airbnb properties in Thailand, and I’m now creating an app management business with my best friend — all while running my branding and web design agency between Southof France and Asia.
But here’s what I’ve learned: you can’t build anything lasting without structure. Not just business structure — legal foundations, clear contracts, financial systems — but internal structure too. The capacity to hold boundaries, make decisions cleanly, delegate without anxiety, and navigate the inevitable challenges without falling apart.
The businesses I’ve built have been my teachers. They’ve shown me where I needed to grow, what I was avoiding, and how deeply entrepreneurship is linked to personal evolution. Every partnership challenge, every difficult client, every moment of burnout was asking me to become someone different.
What I bring to Sarah & Sara is the practical knowledge of building across borders and business models, but also the understanding that sustainable entrepreneurship requires both — the external systems and the inner work.
